CISF Constable Fireman Exam Pattern 2024
CISF Constable Fireman Exam Pattern 2024 includes the exam pattern for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standards Test (PST) and Written Exam. Here we discussed the exam pattern of PET and PST.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET): PET will include running 5 km in 24 minutes.
Physical Standards Test (PST):
- General category candidates must have height of 170 cm and chest measurement of 80-85 cm with minimum expansion of 5 cm.
- Candidates belonging to hill areas of the Garhwal, Kumaon, Himachal Pradesh, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas, Sikkimies, Ladakh, Kashmir Valley of J&K, and North Easter States must have a height of 165 cm and chest measurement of 78-83 with minimum expansion of 5 cm.
- Candidates belonging to Tribal or Adivasis including Mizos and Nagas must have a height of 162.5 cm and chest measurement of 77-82 cm with minimum expansion of 5 cm.
